Our bread is best eaten fresh, on the day it was baked. We bake every day, but once you purchase our bread it must be kept frozen. We recommend slicing it prior to freezing and then taking out slices when you are ready to eat. The slices can be thawed quickly in the microwave or toaster. Our breads are perfect for morning toast and packed lunch sandwiches. It can also be cubed, then toasted in the oven to make croutons and if you throw the croutons in the food processor or blender you have perfect breadcrumbs!
Our white bread is very moist, soft, and fresh. We also make buns!
Similar to our white bread, but a little heartier and richer in fiber.
