All of our products are guaranteed to be gluten-free (wheat-free) and casein-free (dairy-free).   We are a dedicated GF/CF facility which means we do not even bring any gluten or casein-containing products into the building.  Ever.  All of the equipment we use was purchased brand new to ensure that no cross contamination could have occured.  We have been this way since our opening in 2007.
